Dr. Rakesh Shaganti is a highly accomplished Surgical Gastroenterologist and Gastro-oncosurgeon currently serving as the Consultant and Head of the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology and Gastro-oncosurgery at Sairam Hospitals, Revathi Center, Khammam, Telangana.

With a strong academic foundation and over a decade of medical training and specialization, Dr. Rakesh began his journey in medicine with an MBBS from Mamata Medical College, Khammam (2009–2015), followed by an MS in General Surgery from the same institution (2016–2019). He further honed his expertise by completing an MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology at the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI), Lucknow (2019–2023).
